LAVENDER

We currently grow seven varieties of lavender—both English and French (lavandin)—well-suited to the California Sierra foothill climate. Our plants are grown organically in practice, without synthetic inputs, and are hand-harvested at peak bloom to preserve fragrance, color, and oil content. Each variety is selected for its unique qualities, whether for culinary use, crafting, fresh or dried bouquets, or essential oil production. 

Our lavender is available through seasonal U-pick experiences, fresh and dried bundles, and thoughtfully crafted lavender products made right here on the farm. From field to finished product, our approach reflects our commitment to regenerative agriculture, careful stewardship, and growing plants with purpose and intention.
